Objective – Sell land for 220 homes within the Shawfair masterplan.

Constraints / Considerations – Former mine workings, road improvements and district heating infrastructure, requiring coordination between seller and housebuilder.

Outcome – Secured the sale to Miller Homes and coordinated technical work between the parties, enabling housebuilding to progress alongside Shawfair’s remediation and infrastructure works. Our involvement brought the land transaction and delivery programme together, helping both parties move forward with confidence.
