Objective – Secure land sales that support the transformation of former mining land into a new community.

Constraints / Considerations – Coordinating parcel releases with substantial remediation and infrastructure works, and translating investment in a new railway station and wider connections into land value. Balancing upfront expenditure with sales income and housebuilders’ delivery programmes.

Outcome – Advised on phased land releases and led competitive sales, securing housebuilders as delivery partners with a shared interest in Shawfair’s success. Our involvement connects the landowner’s investment with housebuilders’ commitments, unlocking successive sites and building value across the wider masterplan.
